RETURN
PAYMENT POLICY
- You can return the goods within 10 days from the date of purchase or the date of receipt (for online invoices).
- The product must have its tags intact, no signs of washing, no odors and no damage compared to the original.
- Products that are not eligible for returns include: Accessories, sleepwear & underwear.
- TimTay's delivery department will come to receive the goods, please pay the shipping fee to the shipping department.
Please note: This policy also applies to exchanges . After receiving the return notice, TimTay's customer service department will contact you to confirm this request.
REFUND REQUEST
After receiving the product and confirming the valid product status, TimTay will refund you within 03 days. TimTay will send you a refund notice after completing the transaction.
