1. Delivery scope: Nationwide 

2. Delivery time: 
  • Orders within Ho Chi Minh City: delivery time from 1-2 days
  • Orders from other provinces: Delivery time is 3-4 days depending on the area.

Note: Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays when shipping units are not working..

 3. Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend on geographical distance, and will be notified at the ordering step when the customer provides delivery address information.

4. Co-checking policy:

In order to meet the needs and maximize customer protection when using the service, Timtay has a co-checking policy when delivering goods.
You have the right to request delivery staff to check the status of goods including: 

  • Check the condition of the box/package: the goods are carefully packed, intact, with no signs of dents, distortions or tears. 
Check the product: the labels are still intact, ensuring they match the quantity, color, condition, type, and size with your order. The visual inspection does not include trial use of the product

After inspection, if you are not satisfied with the condition of the delivered product, you can may refuse to accept the goods.

5. Responsibilities for delivery service providers

Transportation partners are responsible for providing transportation services in accordance with the requirements and service standards set out and agreed upon in the cooperation contract; Commit to implementing the delivery policy and compensation policy if the shipping partner's error causes damage to the buyer or us during the service provision process.

The shipping unit is responsible for providing documents related to the goods when requested by a competent state management agency during the process of performing delivery services.

PAYMENT POLICY 

Currently Timtay applies two forms of payment:

  • Pay on delivery (COD): After checking the goods and receiving the goods, the customer pays the delivery staff
  • Transfer payment: The transfer needs to be paid after you place your order. After confirming payment, Timtay will package and deliver the goods to you.
