Return & Exchange Policy
You can exchange or return the product within 07 days from the date of purchase or date of receipt (for online orders). Returned products must still have tags intact, no signs of washing, no odor and no damage compared to the original.
For exchange requests, TimTay will arrange delivery to receive the goods back from you and deliver the new product. Please pay two-way shipping fees.
* Note:
- TimTay only supports exchanges and returns up to 2 times per order.
- For orders from e-commerce platforms, the return and exchange policy will apply according to the e-commerce platform.
Refund Policy
For refund requests, after receiving the product back, TimTay will refund (minus shipping fees) to your account number within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
To request a return or exchange, you just need to contact TimTay and provide your order phone number for quick support.
