At TimTay, each piece is thoughtfully made with care and intention. We hope you feel comfortable and at ease in every garment.

If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to support you.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all tags attached

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or altered

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To your original payment method (PayPal, card, etc.)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:
