We want you to love your TimTay piece. As our garments are thoughtfully crafted and shipped internationally from Vietnam, please review the following policy before placing your order.
Exchanges & Returns
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement item
- A remake of the garment
- A partial or full refund
TimTay will cover any costs related to errors on our part.
Size Exchanges
We encourage customers to carefully review our size guide before ordering.
For international orders, we are unable to offer free size exchanges due to the high cost of international shipping.
If an item does not fit as expected, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Store credit
- A discount on a replacement order
- Alteration recommendations
Return shipping costs for size-related exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Color variations caused by screen settings
- Orders placed in the wrong size after purchase
Handmade Characteristics
Our garments are made from natural fabrics and handcrafted with care. Slight variations in color, texture, and measurements may occur and are not considered defects.
