For selected TimTay designs, we offer a custom sizing service to help achieve a more comfortable and flattering fit.
This service is especially suitable for customers whose measurements fall outside our standard size chart or who would like minor adjustments for a better fit.
How It Works
1. Share Your Measurements
Please provide the following body measurements:
- Bust
- Waist
- Hip
- Height
Our team will review your measurements and advise on the most suitable option based on your chosen design.
2. Confirm Your Request
Once we receive your measurements, TimTay will confirm the feasibility of the requested adjustments, along with the applicable service fee.
3. Production
Your order will be placed into production once all details have been confirmed and payment has been completed.
Production typically takes 7–14 business days.
Service Fee
Custom sizing service fees start from 500,000 VND, depending on the design and the adjustments required.
The final fee will be confirmed before production begins.
Important Notes
- This service is available for selected TimTay designs only.
- Requests that significantly alter the original silhouette or construction of a design cannot be accommodated.
- Certain adjustments may not be possible depending on the design.
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- Custom-sized garments are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
