Complimentary Alterations

At TimTay, we believe a garment becomes truly valuable when it is worn often and cherished for years to come.
To help achieve a better fit and a more comfortable wearing experience, we offer complimentary alterations for eligible products.

Available Alterations

This service currently covers simple alterations such as:

Hemming trousers
Hemming dresses or skirts
Taking in the waistband of trousers

For other requests, our team will review the garment and advise on the feasibility of the alteration.

Eligibility

Available for full-price products valued at 700,000 VND or above.
Each garment is eligible for one complimentary alteration.
The service may be requested either before or after delivery.
Please contact TimTay before sending your garment for alteration.

Shipping Costs

TimTay covers the alteration service fee.
If a garment needs to be returned to TimTay after delivery, customers are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our studio.

Important Notes

This service applies to simple fit adjustments only.
Certain alteration requests may not be possible depending on the design and construction of the garment.
TimTay reserves the right to decline requests that would significantly alter the original design or silhouette.
Processing times may vary depending on workload and production schedules.
