• How can I choose size?

  You can easily find the size guide at the information section next to each item.

• Do you ship worldwide?

  Yes. Kindly leave a message including your delivered address on conducting payment; we will notify you the delivery fee via email within 24 hours.

• Can I exchange or return my item?

  We accept exchange in case the item is not in the correct size; and return in case of product technical mistake. The exchanged or returned item must be with the complete product tag and has not been used, laundered or ironed.

• Is it possible if I want to adjust the item to fit my body?

  We are always ready to make adjustment to your item for free as long as the adjustment does not affect to the product’s design or overall form.

  In case of adjustment needed, kindly bring your item to our shop for further consultancy and precise measurement.

• How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

  Within your order completion, it will normally take 2 weekdays for the item to be delivered to you during work-hour.

• How can I make payment?

  Currently we accept two payment methods:
  Credit Card
  Cash on Delivery

• Can I cancel my order?

  Of course. Kindly make the cancellation within 24 hours since your order completion.

• What should I do if some problem occurs during purchasing on website?

Quy định giao hàng:
Giao hàng từ 1-2 ngày đối với các đơn hàng nội thành TP.HCM và từ 3-4 ngày đối với các tỉnh thành khác. 
Bạn vui lòng nhập địa chỉ giao hàng chính xác để nhận được báo giá vận chuyển tự động khi hoàn tất đơn hàng online.

Quy định đổi trả:
TimTay không chấp nhận trả hàng. 
Chấp nhận đổi hàng đối với các trường hợp như sau:
Lý do xuất phát từ TimTay như (vải bị ố, trầy, rách …). Chúng tôi không chấp nhận đổi hàng nếu phát hiện sản phẩm đã qua sử dụng hoặc có dấu hiệu giặt ủi. 
Đổi size lớn hoặc nhỏ hơn. 

Lưu ý: Khách hàng sẽ chịu hoàn toàn tiền ship cho việc thay đổi này nên vui lòng xem kỹ SIZE GUIDE của mỗi sản phẩm để cân nhắc chọn size trước khi hoàn tất thanh toán, hoặc bạn cũng có thể gọi đến hotline 0906 734 282 để được hỗ trợ tư vấn.

Returns/Exchanges:

• We currently do not support returns.
• Exchanges are accepted only in below cases:
  • Defective items from TimTay (eg. stained colors, scratches, torn fabric,…). We do not accept exchanges if items have been used or washed.
  • Exchanges for bigger or smaller sizes.
• Please noted: Customers will pay for shipping fees in exchanges, so please carefully check the SIZE GUIDE of each item before purchase, or you can call our hotline 0906 734 282 to check your right sizes.
